Art Loft - Mast Farm Inn Retreat Registration Form

You are registering for the 2017 MAST FARM INN PLEIN-AIR RETREAT WORKSHOP
The retreat will be at the Mast Farm Inn in Valle Crucis, NC, will consist of 5 nights at the Inn and 4 days of teaching and will be an outdoor plein-air workshop. The dates of this amazing workshop will be checking in on Sunday, September 10th, 2017 and checking out Friday, September 15th, 2017. Class days will be from Monday-Thursday with pleasantries in the evenings at the farm and local establishments.

Payment instructions

Payment for the Mast Farm Inn Retreat will be in two parts:
  1. The first will be $595 dollars to Anita Elder's Art Loft for the instruction
  2. Second, the remaining balance will be to the Mast Farm Inn when making your reservations for food and accommodations. The Mast farm Inn portion will be dependent on how many are in your particular party and type and amount of food you prefer.
To secure your place for this retreat a deposit of $300 dollars must be paid upon registration. We will take those who have paid deposit first and paid in full by the policy listed below, on a first come first serve basis. Sending in this registration alone does NOT secure your position in the retreat.

Once we receive your registration and you have indicated you want to pay by credit card we will email you an invoice from The Art Loft through SQUARE. We use SQUARE to ensure a secure transaction to keep your information safe.


A preregistration deposit of %50 of the retreat price is required to reserve a your place for the retreat. If paying a deposit the remaining balance of the retreat is due 45 days prior to the start date of the retreat. If the full balance for the retreat has not been received at least 45 days prior to the retreat then the Art Loft reserves the option to fill your space from the stand-by list (See refund policy). By checking this box you acknowledge that you are the person named in the registration form and have read and understand the Reservation Policy.
To ensure your position in the retreat you must preregister and then have made payment 45 days prior to the retreat start date. Due to limited space in the workshops if any participant cancels prior to the final payment deadline the refund will be the deposit amount less $100 dollars. There is no refund of the deposit after the final payment deadline except in the event your reserved place is filled. If your reserved place is filled the refund will be the deposit amount paid less $100. If your position is not filled then the entire amount of the class tuition is forfeited. Payment for the instruction will be made to Anita Elder and for rooms and meals payment will be made to the Mast Farm Inn. Once you submit this form Anita will contact you to help secure your rooms and plan for meals. Registration is on a first come first serve basis.
